Hilary has over thirty years experience in training and coaching groups and individuals to achieve their personal and business goals.
She has worked in management positions for some of the UK's most respected companies in manufacturing, retail and travel.
Hilary set up her training and coaching business, Headway Training in London (UK) in 1986 to work with small, medium and large organisations in both the public and private sectors. Her coaching assignments have been many and varied ranging from working with group managing directors on improving their decision making skills to assisting high school graduates prepare for their first job.
Her experience of working in Europe the USA and Canada has given her a wide understanding of different cultures and business environments. Her passion has always been to assist others to realise their full potential. Hilary has been living and working in the North Bay since 2003.
